THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5
9:00 AM – 11:30 AM PST Opening Keynote: The keys to a successful AI transformation
Enterprise AI is only as powerful as the content it can access — and only as trustworthy as the guardrails around it. Box CEO Aaron Levie and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang reveal how the world’s leading organizations are winning with AI by building on a secure, governed content layer that agents can rely on and teams can control. Don’t just deploy AI. Deploy AI that works.

The New Stack for the Enterprise
How enterprises build software is changing. The core stack of the last 30 years was databases, APIs and the web. Now, developers are unlocking new classes of applications on top of a new stack: unstructured data, LLMs and agents.

Varun VontimittaHead of Partner Engineering, Meta
From Unstructured Data to Grounded Workflows with Meta Model API
Enterprise knowledge lives in PDFs, spreadsheets, scans, images, and recordings—not just databases. In this 20-minute session, we'll explore how Muse models on Meta Model API turn that content into grounded analysis. Using published evaluations and a document-heavy example, we'll discuss model selection, traceable evidence, and verification beyond citations. You'll leave with three practical takeaways: choose the model for the task, ground each finding in its source, and verify the work before relying on it—with a brief introduction to the follow-on hands-on workshop.

Charlie GuoDeveloper Experience Engineer, OpenAI
The Model Is Only the Beginning
Models are becoming more capable, but turning that capability into useful work takes more than a prompt. Charlie Guo explores the systems taking shape around agents, from tools and sandboxes to skills and memory, and what they mean for how we organize our own work. He looks ahead at the emerging primitives that could unlock the next paradigm of human–AI collaboration.

Building Agents on AWS: From Prototype to Production with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
Building one AI agent can take a weekend; running a fleet of them safely in production can take months. This talk starts from first principles. An agent needs the right model for reasoning. It needs context, drawn from knowledge bases, unstructured and structured data, memory, and web search. It needs tools that let it act. And it needs secure, isolated environments where many agents can run together at scale. We then look at what usually holds teams back: months of infrastructure work before the first agent runs, custom authentication and integration for every tool, and agent quality that is hard to assess, because outputs are non-deterministic and traditional observability cannot trace agent decisions. Finally, we introduce Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and walk through how its main capabilities address each of these challenges.

Kubernetes Is Not Your Sandbox
Kubernetes is built to keep things alive. Agent sandboxes are born, forked, and killed before it catches up. We ran the same 50-action bug-fix trajectory across 5 stacks and got a 12x spread (12.9s vs 161.5s). The gap isn't compute, it's lifecycle overhead per action.

Unleashing Enterprise Agents: Open Models, Secure Runtimes, and the Content Layer That Makes It Real
As AI agents move into production, the question isn't just what they can do—it's who controls how they do it. Open models are quickly becoming the foundation of enterprise agentic AI: organizations that own their weights, customize on their data, and deploy on their infrastructure can improve throughput and accuracy. We'll explore how open models—with full recipes, runtime support, and domain-specific post-training—are enabling a new class of enterprise agents that adapt to proprietary knowledge, while staying within the trust boundaries the business requires.

The AgentOS: a platform approach to running agent fleets that scale with your business
AI agents are remarkable. They’ve given us the ability to reason over complex, multi-dimensional knowledge and capabilities across an organization, and take actions at a scale that previously demanded far more time and resources. There is a meaningful gap, though, between agents that demo well (AI always demos well) and agents that can be deployed safely within your organization, alongside your data and people, and move the needle for your business.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST Closing keynote
The future of enterprise AI isn’t just about models — it's about the entire tech stack. Box CEO Aaron Levie sits down with Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan to explore how enterprises are rethinking infrastructure, apps, and data to maximize the power of AI agents. Celebrate innovation across industries with the Box Customer Awards, and close out BoxWorks with the insights and inspiration to take back to your team.

Full-stack data agents using Box MCP and AWS
Instructor: Janardhan Molumuri
Organizations struggle to assess contract compliance as terms live in unstructured documents while structured financial and risk data sit in operational databases across the enterprise. In this session, build an AI agent that performs real-time contract compliance analysis, bridging unstructured content stored in Box with operational structured data on AWS. Using Box MCP in AWS Marketplace, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Aurora, you implement a multi-MCP architecture, routing to Box for contract extraction and to AWS databases for operational data, producing auditable compliance determinations citing both unstructured content and structured data. You must bring your laptop to participate.
-
Embedding Codex in Your Application to Create and Edit Artifacts
Instructor: Joseph Miano
Joseph Miano demonstrates how to use the Agents API to embed the Codex harness in an application, giving users an agent that can create and edit artifacts (e.g., docs, slides, and sheets). The workshop shows how built-in agent primitives, like tools, sandboxes, and skills, support these workflows.
-
Deliverables Due by Morning: Mobile-First Agents for Box with DigitalOcean Managed Agents
Instructor: Musa Malik
Build an agent that turns files in Box into actionable work. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll deploy a live agent environment on Harness Runtime in your own DigitalOcean account, mount a folder with Box Mount using your existing Box permissions, and have the agent write a briefing back to Box with version history.
Then, automate the workflow: trigger the agent when a new file arrives, send the result to your phone, and use traces to debug what happened and where it got stuck. You’ll also create Jira follow-up tasks through Action Gateway, with your approval required and no passwords exposed to the agent.
Leave with a reusable pattern for contracts, research, RFPs, or any folder your team works from.
