He has been with Heidrick & Struggles for 10+ years, and previously lead the global infrastructure transformation. With his team of 15 IT professionals, he is responsible all aspects of internal & external user enablement and support ranging from enabling global collaboration and RPA to “White Glove” customer support to 2,300 users as well as customers globally.
